Vivre Inc. is a Denver-based holding company focused on creating and operating essential service businesses in the construction and home services sectors. We build companies with strong fundamentals, experienced teams, and the potential for long-term growth.
Since 2017, we’ve built a portfolio of businesses serving the Greater Denver Area and Colorado Front Range. We started with residential services through Home and Handy, expanded into commercial construction with CCBS, and continue to grow through strategic development and purposeful expansion.

What started with Home and Handy, a residential remodeling and maintenance brand focused on reliability and craftsmanship, has evolved into a comprehensive portfolio serving thousands of clients—from homeowners to commercial construction developers. Each company we build represents our commitment to operational excellence, long-term value, and supporting the communities we serve.
Vivre Inc. Founded
Vivre Inc. established in Denver with Home and Handy as our first operating company, providing residential remodeling, repairs, and property maintenance across the Front Range.
